Office Concierge

Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Concierge to facilitate an exceptional customer and employee experience by promoting an appealing, accommodating environment. This role requires a part time schedule, preferably 9am-3:30pm each day.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet visiting clients and answer phone calls
  • Maintain office so that it is always ready for client and internal meetings
  • Responsible for office presentation and organization including furniture straightening in conference rooms, dusting
  • Order and stock employee snacks and beverages
  • Communicate with cleaning crews and building management regarding maintenance, spot cleaning, etc
  • Maintain daily use of dishwasher, coffee machines, refrigerator
  • Place weekly catering orders and others, as necessary
  • Assist with clean up after lunches and small conferences
  • Assist Human Resources to promote exceptional employee experience, including scheduling calls, meetings, interviews and creating new-hire welcome packages
  • Conduct office tours and introductions for new employees
  • Administrative duties including mail distribution, scheduling couriers, etc
  • Assist with annual party, quarterly internal events and potlucks
  • Assist Marketing with special projects, such as social media posting
